Never settle felt like the perfect creative platform—simple, strong, and rooted in insight, product benefits, and brand positioning. The challenge? Two grown men trying to convince young women (and brand managers) not to compromise. In the end, we reframed the idea as Upgrade—and the integrated campaign helped Tampax sell a lot more tampons.
